My 7 year old student, Betty, chose two amazing songs for our end of summer recital, our Summer Soiree! Betty sang “Watermelon Lemonade” and “A Flamboyance of Flamingos” for this concert, and requested that we did indeed serve watermelon lemonade. I made a HUGE homemade batch just for our concert, it was indeed “pink and tangy, and a little sweet,” and truly was the highlight of the evening!
